Cranberry Ginger Biscotti


Yields 4 Servings
1 Serving = ¼ loaf, about 4 cookies (depends on how thick you slice them)

Ingredients:
• 1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
• 3 Scoops Isopure Unflavored Protein
• ¼ tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Baking Powder
• 11/4 tsp Ginger
• 11/4 tsp Cinnamon
• 1/4 Cup sliced almonds, chopped
• 1/8 Cup Dried Cranberries, chopped
• 3 Dried Apricots
• ¼ Cup Truvia Baking Blend
• 1/8 Cup Light Brown Sugar
• ¼ Cup Agave 5
• ½ Cup Egg Whites

Directions:

Preheat oven to 300.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. 

Place mixture onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. 
Form into a slightly flattened log shape. 

Bake for 30 minutes, removed from oven and let cool slightly on a cooling rack.
