Umami Mix:


Super portable, super delicious, tons of nutrition packed into one bag of trail mix! And, of course, you get 30g protein in a 300 calorie pack (makes 8 servings)

Ingredients:

12oz turkey jerky (I gave it a few pulses in the food processor to make smaller bites)
1 big bunch of kale (make your own chips), or one bag of kale chips. *I'll probably use dried green beans or wasabi peas instead of kale next time
1 cup dried edamame
1 cup pepitas
1/2 cup walnuts


Mix all of the ingredients together and separate into 8 bags- enjoy!
