Holiday Salad


Yields 1 Serving

Ingredients:
·      2 Cups Spring Mix Salad
·      4 oz Grilled or Shredded Chicken Breast
·      1/8 Cup Pomegranate Seeds
·      1/8 Cup Shelled Pistachios
·      1/8 Cup Crumbled Blue Cheese
·      cracked pepper, to taste

Directions:


Make a big bed of lettuce on your plate and pile everything else on top! Enjoy!
