Creamy Garlic Hummus


Yummy, creamy hummus recipe- it is just a simple garlic flavor but it would be amazing with sun-dried tomato or other flavors! You can either make 6 servings (25g protein and 150 calories) or 3 servings (50g protein and 300 calories). I made 6 servings and added 50 calories of sweet peppers to each portion

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked great northern beans or chick peas
1 cup cooked cauliflower
4 scoops isopure unflavored protein powder (If you don't have unflavored protein powder, try plain greek yogurt)
2 tbsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp curry powder
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions:
Add the ingredients to the food processor and process until smooth and creamy!
